30-Day Returns β No Hassle, No Drama.
We stand behind every product from MAYA MENS. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In its original, unused condition
In the original packaging with all included materials
Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without first contacting us β unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@mayapolos.com within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? Return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
EU Customers β 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 1β2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
